The main chat of the week is on Saturday at 8pm UK Time which is 3pm EST ish.

The chronic pain chat room is accessible 24/7, however as this is a new chat room there will be a lot of time when it is empty. Therefore a weekly meeting is arranged at a time when hopefully most people can come by and have a chat and share each others thoughts and opinions on all matters.
The meeting is every saturday at 8PM UK time (either GMT or GMT+1 depending on Daylight Saving) which equates to approx 3pm in the USA EST zone.
