The green writing shows who has spoken. Sarah has greeted me as I go into the room. To reply I type "Hi Sarah" in the space at the bottom of the screen and press enter on my keyboard. The text on the screen moves up as people chat. I can see "Hi Sarah" next to my name. Shailyn has also spoken to me.
